Job Description
The Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office. The Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, and performing various administrative tasks.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience:
1-3 years
Responsibilities:
· Manage CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
· Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
· Provide administrative support to the CEO, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
· Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics as requested by the CEO.
· Organize and maintain files and records related to the CEO's office.
· Attend meetings with the CEO and take notes, prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
· Maintain the confidentiality and security of all information related to the CEO's office.
Requirements:
· Considerable Accounting knowledge capable of managing financial data.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
