For this lifestyle hotel situated in the hotspot of Rotterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Maintenance Employee who is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel.

A day in the life of a Maintenance Employee
07:45 After a cup of coffee or tea you report to the workshop of the Technical Department. The technical tasks for the day are divided and one of you is responsible for the breakdown support service telephone.
08:00 You arrange all the tools you need and start with your first task of the day.
10:00 You and your colleagues enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the canteen.
11:00 You solve a malfunction with the revolving door at the main entrance.
12:00 Enjoy your lunch with colleagues from other departments.
12:30 You check and perform periodic maintenance on the hot water boiler, for the guests to enjoy a nice warm shower.
14:00 Time for a short break before your last task of the day, painting a wall in a guest room.
15:30 You make sure everything is ready and back in place for the next day.
16:00 Time to go home!
