We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX designer with expertise in Figma to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that meet the needs of our clients and end-users. The ideal candidate should be passionate about UI/UX design, knowledgeable about the latest design trends, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that are visually appealing, easy to use, and accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, etc.) to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with project goals and user needs, FLuency in English is must.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience
- Create design systems and maintain design guidelines for consistency across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure the best possible user experience
- Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation is aligned with the intended user experience
- Provide design support and guidance throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
- Solid understanding of design principles, user interface design, and user experience
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and creating design systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
