Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive will support the implementation of the European-wide regional marketing plan, to raise brand awareness and drive new business development and aftersales in the region, ensuring all marketing efforts and investment supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
This role requires someone who is a native German-speaker and fluent / bilingual in English, in order to support the localisation of the marketing plan for all European markets with a specific focus on the DACH localisation. Activities will include localisation of marketing contents and brand plans, execution of offline & online marketing, copy writing and translation, origination of sales presentations, managing bookings and admin, arranging and facilitating meetings, supporting monthly reporting and management of digital assets in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team and in line with marketing strategies.
About The Role
Responsibilities
- To support the Marketing Manager for Europe with the localisation of the marketing plan and marketing content for the Europe region.
- To support offline & online marketing activities for the region including (but not limited to): advertising, PR, events, customer engagements, brand materials & presentations, direct/E-marketing, digital (VR, AR, video, social, website, apps etc.).
- In line with the messaging and tone of voice established in the brand guidelines, to adapt and create high-quality, impactful contents in German for the DACH region, to target relevant audiences across a variety of media - including press release, online article, social media post, case studies, advertising, etc.
- To assist the Marketing Manager in supporting internal stakeholders in the development & monitoring of pipelines/opportunities across the region, building and developing relationships with prospects, customers, influencers, and work with in-house and partner agency teams.
- To conduct regional monitoring of competitor activity and conduct wider market analysis of new product launches across the industry.
- To support with regular analysis and measurement of key metrics, providing reports as required.
- To keep accurate records and provide administrative support when needed, using CDE’s systems.

Required Criteria
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, advertising & marketing, or a business-related discipline.
- Fluent / bilingual in German and English languages (written and spoken).
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be computer literate with all Microsoft Office applications
- Have excellent organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met.
- Hold a full and valid driving licence and have access to a car, as there is a requirement to travel between CDE’s campus and to customer sites for this job role.
