○ Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business development, sales, or related field
○ Preferably with at least a year of professional experience
○ Experience in franchise management is a plus
○ Must be detailed oriented
○ Can finish the task in the committed time frame
○ Familiar with basic office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and its Google equivalent
Job Description
○ Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to sign-up of a new franchise
○ Responsible for calling leads and collect business partners/customer information
○ Developing and supervising the acquisition of new franchisees
○ Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries
○ Interviewing and assessing franchisee applicants
○ Commitment of monthly & quarterly franchisee recruitment targets
○ Responsible for the uploading and editing franchisee details on the website
○ Performs tasks outside of the job description from time to time
Skills
